Evan’s firsthand knowledge and calm presence in high-pressure situations make him an invaluable part of the Texas Highway Rangers team. 

John is a certified TxDOT Traffic Incident Management Instructor and a vital member of the Texas Highway Rangers. By day, he works at the North Central Texas Council of Governments, where he trains the next generation of first responders, police, fire, EMS, tow operators, and dispatchers alike, in safe and effective traffic incident management. With a passion for education and safety, John helps shape the standards that keep Texas roadways running smoothly and responders protected in the line of duty.

Justin is a dedicated member with a strong background in traffic incident management. Certified through the North Central Texas Council of Governments and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, he brings expert knowledge in keeping roadways safe and assisting stranded motorists.
